Anne Bateman, MSW, MPA, MinstD
Managing Director
Anne has had various roles, including executive management, governance, development, planning and funding, quality improvement, and clinical practice. Her specialties are strategic planning, business planning, system building, innovation, organizational development, evaluation, and continuous quality improvement.
She holds a Master of Science in Social Work, and a Master of Public Administration (similar to MBA) as well as the Stanford Executive Program for Non-Profit Leaders (EPNL).
Having been a member of various governance bodies, including Trust Boards, Board of Directors for social enterprise, Chair of a Collective Impact organization, as well as reporting to boards for many years, Anne brings a wealth and variety of experience in working with governance. In addition, she has led significant development in NGOs to increase the growth trajectory and value/ impact for stakeholders.
She is certified in Six Sigma and a Prince 2 Practitioner with active membership in the Institute of Directors (MinstD).
Anne began her career as a clinician and has spent the last 15 years working at a systems level in various levels of government as well as NGOs/ For Purpose organizations. She works in both New Zealand and the United States..

Raewyn McLean, Administration Manager
Raewyn provides core administration management services for Bateman Consulting. Raewyn has worked in the healthcare sector in both Australia and New Zealand within logistics, operations/supply chain management, project management and customer service management, This has included relationship development and 3PL relationship along with purchasing/ procurement management within a shared services environment.
